Jogging/ Running

Jogging is one of the most basic exercises you can do to keep you

1) Burning as much as 100 calories per 1.6km 
2) Having a glowing and healthy complexion
3) Fighting brittle bones and osteoporosis
​4) Having a strong immunity system
5) Living longer

Tips

Kok Sing recommends for beginners to " walk first, then when you can, start to quicken your pace. From there, start a slow jog for at least 15 minutes."
