Krishnan, 79
Picture

Fighter,
A strong and resolved fighter.
Learner,
An inquisitive and avid learner.
And these,
Is of what Mr Krishan embodies.

Born in the year 1937, Mr Krishnan has gone through some of the harshest and toughest period that this Little Red Dot has experienced- WWII as well as the tumultuous time after the war ended.

Life was not easy growing up as a child of a mixed marriage (Chinese and Indian), but Mr Krishnan has continued to persevere on and found his flair in the advertising industry. As a veteran in this business, Mr Krishnan continues to produce outstanding products for his customers.

“我是印度人”(I am an Indian). That is how Mr Krishan introduces himself, in hokkien.
At 79, Mr Krishnan takes up hokkien classes, and this speaks of how much an avid learner he is.

Apart from being a lifelong learner, Mr Krishnan also has a fighter spirit in him when he battled cancer. Dejected initially, he locked himself in his room, would not speak to anybody, and refused treatment. Thankfully that did not last long, and Mr Krishnan got up on his feet and battled the illness like how a fighter battled his opponent.
