Life experiences shape and mold us, it helps us grow as individuals and  be more comfortable in our own skin. It gives us wisdom and insights into encountered situations, giving us the confidence and tools to better deal with them.

Teng started as a repair man of buildings and watercraft but an unfortunate injury led him down a tough path of recovery. With a young family to support, he looked back in time where he began honing this craft  in his forties. He stressed the importance of being good at handicraft as these are hard skills that can go a long way. After about 10 years at this job, he has seen the trials and tribulations of life.

He is now able to discern people better and developed a work ethic that will aid today’s youth. Work, no matter what - is a life task that we should all strive to do well in and let it be a complement to our strengths, rather than weaknesses.

Teng, 55
